The study registry is updated frequently. Sponsors can search and connect to investigators globally. The AnovaOS study personnel registry also provides a comprehensive listing of investigators captured from studies available globally. Research site or sponsor administrators can search the study personnel registry and invite study personnel to link their profile as an employee of their organization. Those study personnel will receive an email notification providing details on how to login or register if they are not already an active user of AnovaOS and instructions on how to their account, and providing instructions on use of AnovaOS.
Invite study personnel to register:
- Search the study personnel registry (displaying users who have already self-registered within AnovaOS).
- Invite study personnel to link their profile as an employee of their organization. Those study personnel will receive an email notification providing details on how to login or register if they are not already an active user of AnovaOS and instructions on how to their account and providing instructions on use of AnovaOS
Register as study personnel at a sponsor or research site:
If your organization is already registered within AnovaOS, subsequent personnel must register as personnel and link to the existing profile. During the application process, personnel will be prompted to indicate which organization they are affiliated with. Alternatively, personnel users can link to their organization once in the system as follows:
- Navigate to the sponsor or research site registry by selecting the appropriate tab and either ‘All Sponsors’ or ‘All research sites’ as applicable.
- Search the registry for your organization using the search bar.
- Click on the name of the organization to open their profile.
- In the bottom left corner, select to send the organization a linking request. You will be prompted to confirm this decision and provide any further information that may be useful to the organization administrator when reviewing your request to link to the organization.
- Once the link request has been accepted by the organization administrator, the user will gain full access to the profile of that organization. This includes their contacts, studies, patients (if a research site) and study activities.
Note: Study personnel registered with a research site need to select which account they wish to use when they first enter the system – this can be toggled from the top right corner drop down menu. A personal account will be assigned and can be maintained by the user for global account settings, or for the individual research site for which they are registered.
Add sponsor study personnel profiles and qualifications:
As part of the registration process, sponsor administrators will be asked to register additional study personnel as AnovaOS users to their profile. Once registered, those study personnel will receive an email notification providing details on how to login to their account and providing instructions on use of AnovaOS. Sponsors will be asked to assign one or a number of roles to those study personnel. An automated list of study roles will be available to choose from; the most appropriate should be selected.
Remove study personnel from organization’s account:
Site or sponsor-based administrators can unlink a user account from their organization’s profile.
- Navigate to ‘My Personnel’ within the sponsor or site administrator profile using the navigation panel.
- Use the three dots in the top right corner of the user to be unlinked from the organization.
- Select unlink. The user will be notified of this change.
- Optionally, the administrator may wish to enter a comment notifying the user why the unlinking is taking place.
