A connection between a sponsor organization and a research site allows:
- Users registered with a research site to view a complete sponsor account profile, including study personnel contacts and study details.
- Users registered with a sponsor to view a complete research site profile and credentials, including study personnel contacts.
Invite sponsor or site to connect:
- Navigate to ‘Sponsors’ or Research Sites’ in the system navigation panel, selecting ‘All sponsors’ or ‘All Research Sites’ from the drop-down menu as appropriate.
- Search the registry for the appropriate Sponsor/Research Site you seek to connect. Using the three dots in the action panel adjacent to the appropriate sponsor/research site, select ‘Connect’.
- After a connection request has been submitted, the administrative user for that organization will be notified of receipt of a connection request, which they must accept for organizations to be connected.
