You can register a number of locations to your account profile including essential documents.  You can also register all research staff as users of your account so they can all participate in the management of your profile, sponsor and other partner relationships, your study portfolio, and match your patients interested in accessing new investigational treatments to studies for patients.

Register Site Admin User Profile

To register with AnovaOS and create your profile:

1. Navigate to www.anovaevidence.com or www.anovaOS.com.
2. Type your first name, last name, organization email address, and a password you’ll use.
3. Select your country of residence and a telephone number.
4. Click ‘Sign up’.
5. You will be prompted to select the a role within the system. Click Research Site Representative and follow the prompts to complete your account profile.

Note:  You will be asked to complete a user profile, including qualifications, training, research interests and experience, current and past employment history and regulatory credentials.  Please complete a full profile.  The more thorough the profile, the easier it will be to match your capabilities to prospect studies.  Study sponsors are looking for qualified people like you!  Your user credentials will be used as a CV for regulatory submission and you will remain responsible for it’s maintenance during the conduct of studies.

6. Once complete, your user profile will be saved, and you will be asked to complete your organization’s profile.

Note: The user to first register the profile of a research site will be assigned as the administrative (admin) user for that site.  The admin user will be responsible for managing and maintaining the site profile, relations with ancillary service providers, and study personnel that will be authorised to use your sites AnovaOS account. 

Review and Accept Terms of Use

As part of the user registration process, you will be prompted to review and accept the terms of the AnovaOS License Agreement. These Terms of Use can be viewed by clicking the red hyperlink ‘License Agreement’, and will also be available for review in a link at the footer of your AnovaOS dashboard after you log in to the system.

Tailoring AnovaOS

AnovaOS™ can be custom tailored in many ways by users.  The platform is ‘multi-tenant,’ that is, a single version of the software is run to serve multiple customers.  Different users have access to different data and so it is important when first registering your site, you:

1. Register the person who will administer your site account and credentials, including staffing, and access to your AnovaOS account. This user will only be able to access a single AnovaOS account, so if the user works for another entity (e.g. a physician who works for multiple practices) they will not be able to access another site account using the same email credentials if they are registered as a site administrator elsewhere;
2. Register a principal research site location. This should be the main site at which patients are treated and typically has it’s own tax ID.  If your site is a subsidiary of a larger practice or hospital group within a regional network, register the group name and list your site as a location within the network (see ‘Add multiple site locations’ tutorial);
3. Optionally, register multiple additional site locations as part of the same account – you can change your principal location at a later date if you wish;
4. Lastly, you can optionally register multiple study personnel at each of the site locations.
