Study personnel can register a profile with a single sponsor, or alternatively can register with a single or multiple research sites. Personnel can either select the organization type they wish to register for during the registration process, or can navigate to the sponsor or research site registry and choose to ‘link’ to that organization(s).
Once the request has been accepted by the organizations administrator, the user will have full access to the profile of that organization, their contacts and studies, their patients (if a research site) and study activities.
Note: Study personnel registered with a research site need to select which account they wish to use when they first enter the system. A personal account will be assigned and can be maintained by the user for global account settings, or for the individual research site(s) for which they are registered.
