3.2 View Site Detail

The site registry includes active sites using the AnovaOS platform, and all other research sites globally with details of site administrators, to allow users to connect and invite that site to register a complete profile in AnovaOS.

View Site Details

The AnovaOS site registry presents a comprehensive listing of clinical research sites globally.  This list is updated frequently.  The site registry includes active sites using the AnovaOS platform, and all other research sites globally with details of site administrators, to allow users to connect and invite that site to register a complete profile in AnovaOS.

View a research site profile:

  1. Navigate to the ‘Research Sites’ tab
  2. Select ‘All research sites’ from the dropdown menu.
  3. Select the site profile of interest from the site list by clicking on the site name. Alternatively,
    the user can click on the site name in the map view. Users can also select “View details”
    within the action panel to perform the same action.
  4. From here, the user can view site and location information of all site locations registered, and
    details of all study personnel registered with the site.

Users can navigate to and view both internal and external IRB relationships registered for active sites.  This panel will display information including IRB contacts, and Federal Wide Assurance (FWA) obligations for the specific site.

Review a site’s IRB relationships:

  1. Navigate to a site’s profile, as described in 3.5 View site profile.
  2. Select the locations tab, then select the location of interest (likely the principal location).
  3. Using the left-hand menu, select IRB/IEC under the organization profile.
  4. This will display the internal and external IRB relationships registered for active sites.
  5. The information will include IRB contacts, and Federal Wide Assurance (FWA) obligations for the specific site.

A user may wish to view a site’s relationship with ancillary services with whom the site relies on for clinical and research services. These facilities include laboratories, imaging centers, cardiology centers, surgery centers and ophthalmology providers.

Review a site’s ASP relationships:

  1. Navigating to the research site profile.
  2. Select ‘Locations’.
  3. Select the location of interest, likely the principal location.
  4. Navigate to the appropriate ASP in the left-hand menu.

ASPs can either be internal providers or external providers where a professional services agreement will be in place. All ASP credentials and capabilities are captured, including essential documents for laboratories.

Download the details captured as part of a site profile as a PDF:

  1. Navigate to the three dots in the top right corner on a profile.
  2. Select the ‘Download PDF’ option from the dropdown menu.
