Study search and filter:

A study search can be undertaken from any study list within the registry, using either the Filter criteria in the left-hand menu bar or using the Search function above the study list. Filter criteria include:

• Clinical trial type.
• Clinical trial phase.
• Clinical trial status.
• Compassionate use type.
• Compassionate use status.
• Eligibility criteria (inclusion and exclusion).
• Age group.
• Location.

The Search function also allows the user to search for any keywords used in the study, including any clinical characteristics for inclusion/exclusion (e.g. genomic variant, indication).

View study details:

To open the details of a study, including clinical and administrative information:

1. Navigate to the study registry to find study of interest.
2. Click on the study or choose ‘View details’ from the action bar in the study list.
3. The user will be navigated to the study detail dashboard.

Edit study:

Sponsors may wish to change details of a study, such as details of associated contacts and updates to study parameters in the event of an amendment.

1. Navigate to study details  for the study the user wishes to edit details of.
2. Select the red pen icon, that is found in the right-hand corner.
3. This can be completed to any section of the study from the left-hand navigation panel.
4. From here, the user may edit or update contacts or study parameters.
