The sponsor registry list is updated frequently. The sponsor registry includes active sponsors using the AnovaOS platform, and all other sponsors globally with details of program leads responsible for the development of the investigational product, to allow users to connect and invite that sponsor to register a complete profile in AnovaOS, and to apply for access to investigational product through a clinical trial or for compassionate use.

Users may wish to view the available sponsors, including the name of the sponsor, sponsor status, studies and study phases.

View sponsor list:

1. Select ‘Sponsors’ in the system navigation panel.
2. Select ‘All Sponsors’ from the dropdown menu.
3. Navigate to the sponsor profile by clicking the name of the sponsor, or through the ‘view details’ link in the Action panel.

Site-based users may wish to view all the sponsors they are linked to.

View my sponsor list:

1. Navigate to the ‘Sponsors’ tab in the navigation panel.
2. Select ‘My sponsors’ in the dropdown menu.
3. A list of all sponsors your site is connected to will be displayed.

View sponsor profile:

After following the steps to view the list of sponsors, either through the registry or in ‘My Sponsors’:

1. Click on the sponsor’s name, or
2. Select ‘View details’ in the action panel in the sponsor list.

From here, the user can view sponsor credentials, study personnel registered with the sponsor and all study information registered with the Sponsor.
