Sponsors of clinical trials undertaking research on human subjects can register their organization on AnovaOS to connect with sites and physicians and accelerate activation, enrolment and conduct of their studies. Sponsors can be either a biopharmaceutical company, medical device manufacturer, foundation, academic sponsor, physician sponsor, or other type of sponsoring organization.
As part of the registration process, sponsors will be prompted to optionally register additional study personnel as AnovaOS users to their profile. Once registered, those study personnel will receive an email notification providing details on how to login to their account and providing instructions on use of AnovaOS.
During the registration process, personnel can be registered to the account by:
- A sponsor admin proceeding with the account registration process, following the steps on AnovaOS as they go.
- Once submitted, the account will be approved and verified.
- After this verification process, the user will be notified and directed, upon login, to more pages to complete to fully activate their profile. This includes the section where they may add additional personnel to be associated with their sponsor profile. The admin will be asked to indicate a first name, last name, contact number, country and email address for any additional personnel they wish to register, and their job title and clinical qualification status. There is no limit to the number of personnel that can be registered at this time.
