To view and use document templates:

  1. Navigate to the ‘Documents’ section from the system header.
  2. Select the ‘Actions’ button located in the top-right corner of the page.
  3. Choose ‘Use Templates’ from the available options.
  4. A template window will open, allowing templates to be located by:
  • Searching for the template name
  • Filtering by eTMF folder
  • Filtering by document tags
  1. Select the required template to display a preview in the panel adjacent to the template list.
  2. After reviewing the template, select ‘Use Template’ located in the bottom-right corner to proceed.

Create a document

To create a document from a template:

  1. Select the folder in which the document should be saved.
  2. Enter the required document information, including:
  • Document title
  • Document type
  • Document subtype
  • Document description
  1. Select ‘Create Document’ to generate the document.
  2. The document will then appear in the selected folder location.
  3. To edit the document, navigate to the saved location and open the document from the registry.

Edit a Template

Once created, template-based documents may be edited and customized as required to align with study-specific requirements. To edit a document template:
