Sites can be formed of multiple locations but typically share a single operating structure. For example, multiple sites associated with a community practice may have different names and site addressed but will share the same tax ID. As another example, an academic medical center may have multiple departments and treatment locations but are a part of a single institution.
To add a new site location:
- Navigate to ‘My account’ in the navigation panel.
- Select ‘locations’ in your profile.
- By selecting the addition icon in the right-hand corner, the user will be directed a new page
to enter details about the new site location.
Note: Networks, cooperative groups, and other forms of cooperative working relationships between sites with different tax IDs and/or organizational structures should not be entered into AnovaOS as a new site with multiple locations. These structures should be entered into AnovaOS as a sponsor with participating sites invited to affiliate for the purpose of collaborating on clinical trials. Anova can help. Please feel free to the team at Anova or e-mail support@anovaevidence.com for help in determining the best way to structure complex working relationships.
